Servintel is looking to hire a Junior Technician to join our team in Santiago, Chile. The main responsibilities will include customer service, providing technical support, managing warranties and repairs, and stock management. The position is on-site, from Monday to Friday, part-time (4 hours).

Functions and Competencies
- Attend to customer technical inquiries.
- Manage product warranties and repairs.
- Provide technical services both on-site and remotely.
- Prepare shipments of products to customers.
- Control and manage product inventory.
Requirements
- Education in Electronics Technician.
- Previous experience in technical support is valued.
- Basic knowledge of electronic and electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical and electronic diagrams.
- Skills in using computer tools.
- Basic technical English.
