Annual production on board the San Arawa II vessel is  more than 4,000 MT of skinless fish fillet, hoki fillet with skin (Hoki) and hoki paste (Hoki).  All products are manufactured following high quality standards, which consider food safety and environmental protection as a main aspect.
This vessel uses a wide range of ComAp integrated products to provide a complex generation system power management system; and for supervision and monitoring. The generation plant is made up of 2 CAT generators and a tail generator on the ship's main engine. InteliGen Marine units are used for the automatic parallel management for the generators and InteliMains for the tail generator. InteliMonitor software is used for complete supervision and control of the system.
