Servintel Introduces InteliSys 2000, ComAp’s New Controller

Marketing

We are pleased to announce that InteliSys 2000, the most powerful controller in our power generation portfolio, is now available. Primarily aimed at gas gen-sets in combined heat and power applications, the powerful hardware of InteliSys 2000, its third voltage measurement capability, and its extensive PLC capacity also make it suitable for other demanding power generation applications.

Complex Systems Controlled with Ease

In Servintel’s approach, complex control systems don’t require advanced programming skills. With its enhanced preprogrammed functions, such as control of air-fuel ratio, circuit breakers, or communication with multi-ECUs, InteliSys 2000 simplifies the configuration of a CHP site, making it more efficient. For more complex sites, the extensive built-in PLC, the largest in ComAp’s portfolio (approximately three times bigger than in InteliGen 1000), provides additional flexibility and configuration options for demanding projects, ensuring you have the adaptability you need.

Powerful Hardware and Rigorous Cyber Security

Powerful hardware, demonstrated by its wide communication capabilities, high accuracy, and a range of AC values, can be further scaled up with extension modules connected via CAN bus, enabling hundreds of binary and analog signals. As one of the most powerful systems on the market, InteliSys 2000 naturally adheres to the latest legislative requirements, including grid codes (EN 50549, VDE-AR-N 4110(4105), G99, G100, IEEE 1547), emission standards (Stage V and Tier4Final), and security standards (ISA62443-4-2). This ensures that you can operate with peace of mind, knowing that your system is fully compliant.
