Servintel is looking to hire a Senior Technician in Naval Maintenance (Night Shift) to join its team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on electrical and electronic systems aboard ships, ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles and a solid background in automation systems design, PLC programming, and SCADA systems. The job is on-site, from Monday to Friday, from 10 pm to 6 am or from 11 pm to 7 am.

Functions and Competencies
- Perform diagnostic and repair tasks on electrical and electronic systems aboard ships, ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans, using monitoring and condition analysis techniques to prevent failures.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed, including reports of failures, repairs, and adjustments made.
- Ensure all documentation complies with the quality and safety standards of the naval sector.
- Compliance with Safety Standards and Regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Level Required: Technician in Electronics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields.
- A degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanics) is highly valued.
- Certification or experience in naval maintenance is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in similar tasks.
- Technical Skills and Special Knowledge:
- Design of automation systems
- PLC programming and SCADA systems
- Maintenance and diagnostics of industrial automation systems
- Knowledge of industrial electronics and power electricity
- Design of automation systems
- Light vehicle driver’s license
- Intermediate technical English
