We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-oriented Commercial Assistant to join our sales team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of commercial proposals, attending to customers, managing information in internal systems, and providing operational support to the commercial department, interacting with different areas of the company to ensure quality service and efficient opportunity management.
Functions and Competencies
- Handle incoming customer and prospect calls.
- Prepare commercial proposals for customers who know what they need (products).
- Prepare commercial proposals with support from the Technical Department and the Commercial Manager.
- Conduct follow-up on general business opportunities.
- Update information in the CRM.
- Enter purchase orders into Shop9 (Invoice registration).
- Manage the contact database.
- Prepare and update commercial reports.
- Handle product exchange and return issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or commercial roles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with various departments.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills will be considered a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
