Vidriería Argentina S.A (VASA) is a leading company in the production of glass for the construction, architecture, design and automotive industries in Latin America.
Founded in 1938 with the association of two of the largest glass manufacturers in the world: NSG Group – Pilkington and Saint Gobain, they implemented the most advanced technology in the manufacture of a wide range of products.
VASA has around 500 employees and is present with operations in 4 countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay.
One of the fundamental requirements of this type of industries is the uninterrupted use of energy, since the operation of the furnaces they use is of continuous use (24/7), being vital the response of an energy source in case of power outages.
