Trident QM3100

General information

OIL QUALITY MONITOR

The Trident QM3100 from Poseidon Systems is an advanced real-time sensing technology designed for monitoring the health of lubricating fluids. By offering continuous insights into oil health, it facilitates condition-based maintenance practices, optimizing fluid drain intervals and reducing reliance on offline analysis methods. Utilizing electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technology, the QM3100 measures a fluid’s impedance spectrum to track its health, providing multiple condition indicators for assessing the lubricant’s additive package health, monitoring breakdown, and identifying contaminants.

Designed for critical industrial environments, the Trident QM3100 provides continuous monitoring of oil quality in engines and hydraulic systems. It integrates seamlessly with our engine automation solutions and belongs to the oil-quality monitoring category, delivering key insights for predictive maintenance management.
